This site enables you to search for information on available programs and services provided in Eastern North Carolina. There are four ways to access this information: by keyword, by agency name, by program name, and the program's city.

Keywords: All programs in the database are attached to keywords. These keywords describe the type of service a program provides. Keywords are listed to the left of this screen. To execute a keyword search, click the relevant "Keyword". An alphabetized list of all Programs attached to that keyword will appear in the window to your right. Click on the Program of your choice and that program's information will appear.

Program Name: Programs are the actual services provided to the public. To search the database by program name, click on "Program" in the top menu bar. An alphabetized list of all Programs will appear. Click the Program name of your choice and that program's information will appear on the right side of your screen.

Agency Name: Agency Name is the agency or organization responsible for the operation of a program or service. To search by Agency Name, click on "Agency" in the top menu bar. An alphabetized list of all Agencies will appear in the screen to your left. Click the agency of your choice, that agency's information will appear on the right side of your screen.

City: City indicates the location of the program or services provided. To search by city, click on "City" in the top menu bar. An alphabetized list of cities will appear on the left. Click on the city of your choice, each program in the database, located in that city, will appear on the right.
